No Will

There are occasions when a person dies without a Will. This is call dying INTESTATE.
When a person dies intestate many issues arise that have to be resolved. First there is the issue of who will be the person who handles the estate affairs. This person is called the Administrator. In many cases more than one person is entitled to administer the estate. The question becomes who is the most qualified. The administrator must also be bonded. Second, there is the issue of who is entitled to share in the estate. In some situations the answer is clear, but in others legal issues arise as to the proper disposition of the estate. There may be competing claims among those entitled to share in the estate. Competent legal representation may be required to help sort out these disputes.
